Welcome to Dave’s House: Transforming Lives Through Permanent Supportive Housing
At Dave’s House, we believe that every person living with serious mental illness deserves a place to call home—a space that offers not just shelter, but stability, support, and hope. For over 15 years, we’ve been creating permanent supportive housing that integrates affordable homes with essential mental health services, empowering residents to thrive with dignity and purpose.
Our homes are sanctuaries where healing begins. Residents who once faced isolation now find strength in community and the opportunity to rebuild their lives. We currently have six homes in Orange County, Florida in partnership with our trusted behavioral health services provider, Aspire Health Partners. Dave’s House provides the homes and curates meaningful programs and supportive services that enhance each resident’s path to independence and long-term stability. Together, we create safe, nurturing environments where individuals can thrive with dignity and support.
We’re proud to expand our impact with the development of our first Dave’s House Multi-Unit Residential Community in Seminole County—offering private duplex homes for up to 30 adults, along with on-site case management and peer support. Together, we’re ending homelessness for adults with mental illness—one safe, stable home at a time.
