Launching Local Impact: Dave’s House Opens The Launchpad in Seminole County

Dave’s House proudly launches The Launchpad, our first physical office in Seminole County, located within The Neighborhood Co-Op in Sanford. This mission-aligned hub marks a major milestone as we prepare to build our first multi-unit permanent supportive housing community for adults living with serious mental illness. The Launchpad will serve as a center for community engagement, service coordination, and collaborative planning—just two miles from our future housing site. With this expansion, we honor the legacy of Family of Friends and take a strategic step forward in our $9 million capital campaign to bring stability, hope, and healing to more individuals in need.
