Get a glimpse of the future: Join a Dave’s House Binocular Tour
We’re building something extraordinary in Seminole County—our very first Multi-Unit Residential Community designed to provide permanent supportive housing for adults with serious mental illness. This new community, located at 2340 Celery Avenue in Sanford, Florida, will include 8 duplex homes, a 3,500 sq. ft. community center, peaceful green spaces, and on-site support services to foster hope, independence, and stability for up to 31 residents.

Our annual Dave’s House Party held each fall is an annual celebration that raises crucial funds to fuel our mission to provide permanent supportive housing and lifechanging services for our residents.
