Building Futures
Our homes have a 90% retention rate for residents. All our residents participate daily in productive activities including continuing education, volunteering and working. Permanent supportive housing provides stability so that residents can more easily manage life obstacles, live in recovery and achieve their dreams. Our residents at Dave’s House have inspiring journeys of resilience and recovery. It is these men and women, each with their unique stories and struggles, who serve as the beating heart of our mission. These highlight the transformative impact of our programs, and the strength and determination of these courageous individuals as they rebuild their lives.

We are incredibly excited to be developing our first Dave’s House Multi-Unit Residential Community. Located in Seminole County, the new community will offer a welcoming home for up to 30 adult men and women living with disabilities including mental illness. This community will feature private duplex homes designed for independent living, supported by on-site case management and peer support.
