our first multi-unit residential community
At Dave’s House we believe that ending the housing crisis for adults with serious mental illness starts with a safe, permanent home. By focusing on people, community, and partnerships, we have been creating lasting recovery and transforming lives for over 15 years. Because a stable home isn’t just shelter, it’s hope, healing, and a future. Residents who once faced isolation and uncertainty now thrive, finding strength in community, purpose in each day, and the opportunity to rebuild with dignity.
We are incredibly excited to be developing our first Dave’s House Multi-Unit Residential Community. Located in Seminole County, the new community will offer a welcoming home for up to 30 adult men and women living with disabilities including mental illness. This community will feature private duplex homes designed for independent living, supported by on-site case management and peer support.
