I arrived at Dave’s House on April 3, 2019, after years of struggling with depression. My life changed the moment I walked through those doors. Before Dave’s House, I was on the brink of homelessness, but now I’m a completely new person with a new life. Dave’s House gave me the chance to become who I truly am, and the impact has rippled through my family, friends, and even beyond the program. It’s a safety net for people like me, offering not just a roof over our heads but also love and support. Love changes the world, and that’s what Dave’s House is all about—showing people that they don’t have to give up.
